We should adhere to the safety bottom line and make overall efforts to ensure the safe production of coal and power enterprises, the safe operation of power grids and the safe supply of the whole society. We should improve the management of energy import, export and reserves, pay close attention to the changes in international energy prices, and better guide and stabilize market expectations. The guarantee mechanism of coal, electricity, oil and gas transportation should strengthen its work and respond to new situations and problems in a timely and effective manner.
